The JPSkidmore CF-20 was designed taking into consideration our years of experience repairing Fabtek 4 roller heads, addressing the weak points and improving the functionality. It was engineered for a carrier in the 20 ton class range. The design incorporates on board valving significantly reducing the number of hoses routed to the head, our patented rotary manifold allowing unlimited head rotation, on board IQAN computer system controlling the head functions and our Jet-Fit auto tensioner system.
The JPSkidmore CF-18 was spec built to fit the Barko 240 20 ton class carrier. The two roller design incorporates larger roller wheels and motors increasing the feed rate and feed force. The Cf-18 also utilizes the on board valving, our patented rotary manifold allowing unlimited head rotation, IQAN computer, and Jet-Fit auto tensioner that have been proven effective on the CF-20. The result is a lighter, more productive head maintaing durability and performance.
The JPSkidmore Cf-22 was engineered to fit a 25 ton class carrier. Similar in design to the CF-18, the CF-22 includes on boar valving, our patented rotary manifold allowing unlimited head rotation, and our Jet-Fit auto tensioner system. Additional enhancments include dual knife and roll clamp cylinders, dual leveler motors, the addition of a lower knife, larger 36" saw bar and an upgraded IQAN control system allowing the operator to select joystick functions.
